Social Accountability Policy

SoftSol provides complete IT solutions to both private and government sectors. SoftSol Technologies Inc recognizes the need for social accountability and is committed to the following:

  • The company shall adhere to all health and safety requirements as outlined by federal, state and local agencies.
  • The company shall ensure wages are paid in compliance with all federal, state and local laws.
  • The company shall not discriminate against employees on the grounds of sex, race, color, religion or age.
  • The company shall not engage in or support the use of corporal punishment, mental or physical coercion and verbal abuse including but not limited to threats of violence and sexual harassment.
  • This policy shall be communicated to all SoftSol employees and is publicly available on the company's web site.
